Terms of Use

My Finances app (Mis Finanzas) · Effective September 27, 2026

These terms are the rules for using the My Finances app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who provides the app

My Finances is developed by Alex Moron Campos, based in Bolivia. Contact: misfinanzas.bo@gmail.com

2. What the app is, and what it isn't

• It is a personal tool for recording your income, expenses, savings, tithe, loans and habits, and seeing summaries of what you enter.
• It is not a bank or financial institution: it doesn't hold, move, lend or collect money. The loans section is only for writing down what you lent or borrowed.
• It is not financial, legal or tax advice. Calculations, tips and suggestions are for guidance only and depend on the data you enter. Decisions about your money are yours.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, use the app with permission from a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password safe: you are responsible for activity on your account.
• What you record is yours. You can export it or delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the app for illegal purposes, try to access other people's data, interfere with the service, or copy, decompile or resell the app, except as expressly permitted by law.

5. Free version and My Finances Pro

• The free version includes all features and shows ads.
• Pro removes ads. It may be offered as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time purchase. The price is shown in the store, in your currency, before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged by the store (Google Play or App Store) to your account with that store.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the store. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription: you must cancel it in the store.
• Refunds are decided by the store under its own policies (Google Play or Apple). We cannot process them directly.
• If the subscription price changes, the store will notify you in advance under its rules.

6. Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. We are not responsible for advertisers' content or for anything you buy outside the app. Your financial data is never shared with them.

7. Your data

How we collect, use and protect your data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Service availability

We do everything reasonable to keep the app working well and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. We recommend exporting your data from time to time in Settings. We may improve, change or remove features.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo and design belong to the developer. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. Your data remains yours.

10. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from financial decisions made based on the app, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be waived.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms, notifying you by email when possible.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change anything important, we will update the date above and notify you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using the app afterwards, you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.

14. If you downloaded the app from the App Store

These terms are supplemented by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
